Ingredients
  • 500gChicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cupYogurt
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 2 tspCumin powder
  • 2 tspPaprika
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 400gTomato puree
  • 1 cupHeavy cream
  • 1Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbspGinger-garlic paste
Instructions

    In a bowl, mix chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, and garam masala. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.

    Heat oil in a large pan. Add chopped onion and cook until golden brown.

    Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.

    Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned on all sides.

    Stir in tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream, and simmer for another 5 minutes.

    Serve hot with naan bread or rice.
